Raised IGR from N1.billion to N4.2 billion in a year
Paid N6billion GRATUITY and PENSION to 4,000 Retirees and Pensioners (some from Niyi Adebayo era)
Paid N736 million SEVERANCE ENTITLEMENT to 805 past political office holders (ALL PARTIES INCLUDED!)
Increased loan available to Public Servants from N858 million in 2007 to N2.9 billion in 2008
8,800 Public Servants obtained total of N2.5 billion Housing/Car Loan from june 2007 to December 2008
Completed 201 Kilometers of road,534 kilometers under construction. In addition, 172 kilometers of rural roads were initiated by Engr. Segun Oni
Completed 22 Pub lic Buildings with 33 at finishing stage and 31 on-going
Increased available Office Space to 92,600 M2 from 20,400M2 between May 2008 and December 2008
Supplied potable water to 13 of the 16 LGAs including to towns with no water for up to 15 years – Ikole, Osin, yedun, Oye, Ayegbaju, Ijan, Iluuomoba, etc
Added a New Treatment Plant to Ado Waterworks (first in several years!)
Rehabilitated EGBE Headworks
Constructed 7 New Booster Stations (Ijan , Oke –Aro, Isinbode,Aramoko, IfaKi,Ise,Itawure), Rehabilitated 2 (Ogotun,Ilasa)
Started 267 Kilometers of new water distribution Pipelines, nearing completion
Constructed 450 Poles of Solar powered street lights at Ado-Ekiti (almost completed
